Dear Julia,

I am so sorry for the loss of your Whiner.

No matter how they leave this life, just know that they have left loving us, and how we loved them.

The Rainbow Bridge has yet another new resident.

Whiner is among friends, and is waiting for you.

The UPS guy will have to just know that, and live with it.

Hugs,

Julia B.,
I am so very sorry--that just is awful.  If you don't get a satisfactory response in a day or so, write a letter to the editor of your local paper, telling how you have been wronged.  I sure would do that.  Makes me mad just to think of how your family was hurt and no apology.

Hugs and hugs,
O.

Dear Julia,
Your loss brought tears to my eyes. Our doggies are such loyal friends and when they die it is so heartbreaking!
